1. We reserve the right to utilize/reuse your images, this includes:
> Any Public gallery we have access to and as a way of portfolio sharing.
> Social media (as the vast majority of our clients find us through social media).
> Website (as part of the public gallery on the brand’s website).
However, you can obtain full rights to all the images at an additional cost of NGN70,000.Â
2. ADDITIONAL DELIVERABLES CAN BE PROVIDED UPON THE CLIENT’S REQUEST E.G. ADDITIONAL FRAMES, ADDITIONAL PHOTO BOOKS {MOST TIMES FOR THE PARENT), E.T.C. AT ADDITIONAL COSTS.
3. Complimentary contents are strictly complimentary and do not affect pricing if removed.
4. Duration of delivery is within 3 weeks, However necessary pictures for purposes of reference and uploads will be made available in the first seven days. Photobook and frame take two weeks after delivering all soft copies.
5. For a seamless work experience, Clients are recommended to provide hotel reservations for the team, preferably at the couple’s hotel or at any hotel in close proximity (This is applicable to events in certain parts of Lagos and outside Lagos).
6. Our working hours start from 7 am to 6 pm the same day (excluding Afterparty).Â
7. In case of specifics for photo order, the client should make requests for pictures before the event date.
8. Our package does not cover after-party, regardless of the time it’s starting. If there’s an after-party it is advised to be discussed during the process of inquiry, as we won’t be responsible for any unplanned event. The afterparty rate is 35% of the wedding package.
9. A 70% deposit is required to validate the booking, while the remaining 30% will be paid upon receiving all soft copies and trailer videos when applicable.
10. Picture or specific photo requests before or after the confirmed booked date might attract extra charges. This would be negotiated.

– Within the first two weeks after your event, we will have your wedding photos in soft copies uploaded to a secure cloud gallery. This allows you to view, share, and download your digital images promptly.
– For additional deliverables, such as photobooks and frames, we typically require two weeks after you’ve made your portrait selections for the frame. This ensures that these physical keepsakes are crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail.

While our wedding packages are comprehensive and designed to capture the essence of your entire wedding day, it’s important to note that after-parties are typically not included in the packages.

The cost for after-party coverage is typically calculated as a percentage of the actual package price. In our case, after-party coverage is available for an additional fee, which is set at 20% of the total cost of the package you’ve booked. This additional fee ensures that our team is available to document the fun and festivities of your after-party, allowing you to relive those lively moments for years to come.

To secure our photography and videography services for your wedding, we require a minimum payment of 70% of the total package cost. This initial payment is necessary to reserve your date and ensure our team’s availability to capture your special day.

The number of pictures you receive depends on the specific package you choose:
1. Pre-Wedding Pictures: Our complimentary pre-wedding offer, which is part of our standard package includes a total of 15 pre-wedding pictures. However, if you desire additional pre-wedding pictures, we are happy to provide them at the rate of ₦4,000 per extra picture. This allows you to customize your collection to include all your favourite pre-wedding moments.
2. Main Event Pictures: The number of pictures from the main event can range between 350 to 1,000+, capturing every significant detail of your wedding day. We focus on quality and ensure that each image tells a meaningful part of your story.
